Can there be two hosts per party?

Sure! However, only one set of Host Rewards will be earned and you will be responsible for deciding how they should be split.

Who can earn the bonus wraps?

Hostess bonus wraps are reserved just for our Hosts who have a minimum qualifying party ($250.00 and a minimum of three orders). You can earn up to (2) exclusive wraps depending on your party sales! AND…get an extra wrap of your choice from each party scheduled at your event!

When do the Host Rewards need to be redeemed?

Host Rewards will be awarded to a qualifying party with a minimum of $100 in party sales (excluding shipping and tax). Host Rewards must be redeemed at the time of the party closing.

How long are parties held open?

Most people are anxious to receive their order and so we typically allow 3 days past the party date. A catalog or online party can be open for 2 weeks. Please speak with your Stylist if you need to extend your party closing date.

How long will it take to receive party orders?

Your party and guest orders will be carefully packed and shipped within 3 business days of closing your party. Depending on where your guest is located, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for delivery. Allparty orders are sent via USPS and tracking numbers will be provided.

Can I host a fundraiser instead of a party?

Absolutely! Instead of earning your Host Rewards, we will donate 20% of the party sales to the charity organization of your choice. This donation will be in place of your earned Host Rewards.

Do I have a to host a party at my home ?

The choice is yours! You can have a party at your home, online, in a restaurant, at a park or even at work. You don’t have to have a large, fancy location for a successful party. Just get your friends together and have fun!

Can I host more than one party per year?

Yes! Our customers can host as many times in a year as they would like. Stylists are limited to one party per quarter.

I’m not sure anyone will attend my party?

Everyone loves a party and a reason to get together with friends.  Don’t pre-judge people. Let them make the decision if they will attend. Book your party, share the date and your enthusiasm, and let your friends know how excited you are to share our fun products with them.

Can I use my Host Rewards towards a Starter Kit?

Yes! Yes! Yes! We would love to have you join the Cinder & Sky family. Speak with a Stylist and she can tell you more about the opportunity and how to use your rewards to join our company.

How will my guests receive their party orders?

All orders that are not directly shipped to the customer will be shipped to the host, and she will be responsible for delivering, or have her guests pick up their order.

How will my guests pay?

Your guests will pay with a debit or major credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. If your guest wants to pay with a check or cash, they will remit payment to the Host. The Host will then provide a credit or debit card for any monies collected for orders at the final close of her party.

Can I purchase items in addition to my Host Rewards?

Yes! When you shop with your Stylist, you are supporting her independent business. At Cinder & Sky, our goal is to create fun and flexible opportunities for women around the world. That’s something we can all feel good about.
